What can you expect?
As an account manager, you are responsible for the acquisition of new clients, the creation of demand among our key clients and the support of these clients. As an interface to the outside world, you represent the company and symbolise our values. Service Technician (m/f/d)

What can you expect?
As a Service Technician, you are responsible for providing a first-class service for our products. As we handle warranty cases or maintenance requests on behalf of our clients, you are the person responsible for providing satisfactory technical service. Technical affinity and the enthusiasm to fix defects on printers and similar electronic devices are basic requirements for this job, which is considered a flagship for the service quality towards the customer and is necessary for the compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your tasks:
- Independent maintenance, repairs, fault detection and rectification of the devices
- Documentation of efforts in the internal ticket system
- Internal training of colleagues on new products as well as external training and on-site repairs at customer locations
- Telephone support for the support team in special technical cases
- Cooperation with the sales department during product presentations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical apprenticeship or professional experience in technical support or strong technical understanding in connection with printers and similar electrical devices

What can you expect?
As a Support Manager, you are the interface to our customers when it comes to providing customer-oriented solutions. As we work on behalf of our clients, you are our face in the exchange with the customers and represent the manufacturer of the products as well as us as DTM Fulfillment. Dealing with customers in a professional manner is therefore essential. Therefore, you should have a technical affinity and patience when communicating with customers. Internal communication is also important, as your job is the interface between all areas and therefore plays a key role in the coordination and compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your tasks:
- First contact person for the support service team
- Administration and coordination of active support cases
- Customer-oriented support of our products by telephone, via web conferences and written correspondence
- Early problem detection, escalation and independent work as well as proactivity in suggesting process improvements
- Documentation and processing of individual requests in a ticket system

Your profile:

Internship IT-Administration (m/f/d)

What can you expect?
As an intern in our IT department, for anywhere between 4 and 12 months, you become part of the team that ensures the readiness of our companies’ information systems. You support the team in rolling out and servicing computer workstations and information systems that are irreplaceable for all areas of a modern business. This way, you get the opportunity to gather new knowledge as well as, after training period, a chance to work independently, too. You gain insight into all parts of our in-house IT services and either gain your first experience in a modern technological professional field or build on the experience you already have. The foundation for your successful work is your interest in technology and computers, your keen perception and your willingness to learn.
Your tasks:
- Setup and configuration of computer systems and software
- Assembly, disassembly and servicing of computer hardware
- Supporting error analysis and troubleshooting of both software and hardware

Internship Sales (m/f/d)

What can you expect?
As a sales intern, you will gain experience in the B2B environment. You will receive an introduction to our product range and an induction into our company. Therefore, you should have a technical affinity and not be shy in communicating with international customers and our partners.
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for your own part of the communication with partners and end customers.
- You will work with many colleagues in our company and gain insight into the various departments and take on interdepartmental tasks in marketing and sales.
- You research and analyse in market research and put together innovative ideas
- You are responsible for data processing in our database
- You support the sales team in the ongoing day-to-day business
Useful qualifications:
- At least in the 4th semester of a degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable course of study or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Initial experience in sales and marketing
- Convincing appearance, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
- Hands-on personality, including an analytical, customer-centred and entrepreneurial approach
- Confident handling of MS Office products
